NEWS: Wizkid's More Love, Less Ego' Tour has been rescheduled for the fall of 2023

Wizkid, the Nigerian megastar, has canceled his upcoming tour of the United States and Canada due to an unforeseen logistical issue.

Wizkid announced on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023, via his Twitter account, that he was postponing his upcoming 'More Love, Less Ego' tour due to unforeseen logistical circumstances.

He revealed that the tour was now set to hold in the Fall of 2023 and reassured fans that all tickets bought so far remain valid.

Wizkid's "More Love, Less Ego Tour" was supposed to kick off on March 3rd with a show at the Houston Toyota Centre. The tour was supposed to last from March 3rd to April 7th, stopping in 18 cities across the United States and Canada.

The tour was supposed to dazzle listeners with songs from Wizkid's latest album, 'More Love, Less Ego,' which will be released in November 2022.

The news of the postponement surprised fans who were looking forward to seeing the Grammy winner perform live.

Although Wizkid has stated that the postponement is due to unforeseen logistical issues, some believe that the low ticket sales are the primary motivator.

Wizkid is one of Africa's most popular artists, and his 'Made in Lagos' 2021/2022 tour saw him sell out arenas all over the world, including three nights at the O2 Arena in November 2021.

On July 29, 2023, the hitmaker will make history by performing at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Fans will be anticipating the show with bated breath, especially after he canceled his 'MLLE' tour.k
