In an exciting development for the Ghanaian music scene, Amaarae, known for her genre-blending music, has signed a worldwide publishing deal with US-based Concord Music Publishing in collaboration with Immensum Music. This landmark agreement encompasses Amaarae's entire music catalog and all future releases, including her highly acclaimed 2023 sophomore album, "Fountain Baby," which has already amassed over 69 million global streams since its release this summer.

Concord Music Publishing's Senior Vice President of A&R, Jeremy Yohai, praised Amaarae's "unique vision and approach to songwriting," positioning her as one of the most promising new voices in pop music.

Amaarae's journey to this publishing deal has been one of global recognition. Immensum founder Koch Okoye expressed admiration for Amaarae's creative prowess since her 2018 debut video for "Fluid" and lauded the opportunity to work together. "We're all very happy to finally be playing on the same team," Okoye added.

Amaarae, whose Spotify profile enjoys 5 million monthly listeners, expressed her enthusiasm about joining Concord's roster of outstanding artists and her confidence in the collaborative efforts of Concord and Immensum to maximize the global reach of her music.

She has collaborated with global artists like CKay and Tiwa Savage. Her track "A Body, a Coffin" was featured on the "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" movie Prologue EP alongside artists such as Tems and Santa Fe Klan.

Her international breakthrough came with the 2021 remix of "Sad Girlz Luv Money," featuring Latin pop artist Kali Uchis. The remix has exceeded 1.2 billion global streams, charting internationally, and making her the first Ghanaian artist to debut on the Billboard Hot 100 while reaching the Top 30 in the UK, New Zealand, and Switzerland.

Adding to her impressive portfolio, Amaarae starred and performed in the campaign for fashion house Mugler's collaboration with H&M alongside artists Shygirl and Eartheater. In 2024, she is set to embark on the "Fountain Baby" tour, making stops in major cities across the globe, including New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Toronto, and more.
