Megan Thee Stallion, the renowned rap sensation, is embroiled in a legal battle with her former photographer, Emilio Garcia, who has filed a lawsuit accusing her of harassment and creating a hostile work environment. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, details numerous allegations, including fat-shaming and abusive behaviour towards Garcia during their four-year collaboration.
One particular incident highlighted in the lawsuit occurred during a trip to Ibiza in June 2022, where Garcia alleges that Megan engaged in sexual activity with another woman in his presence, leaving him feeling uncomfortable and shocked.
Garcia further claims that after the incident, Megan warned him not to discuss what he witnessed and subsequently reduced his work opportunities and changed his pay structure. Eventually, Roc Nation informed Garcia that his services were no longer required.
In response to the lawsuit, Garcia is seeking unpaid wages, overtime wages, and other employee benefits totaling six figures. As of now, Megan Thee Stallion and her team have not commented on the allegations.
