The artist formerly known as Kanye West, now Ye, is embroiled in a sexual harassment lawsuit brought by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. According to TMZ, Pisciotta alleges that Ye sent her inappropriate texts and videos, creating a hostile work environment.
Pisciotta, a former OnlyFans model, was hired by Ye in July 2021 after they met during the development of his fashion line. The lawsuit claims Ye promised her a $1 million annual salary if she deleted her OnlyFans account and joined his team, assuring her he could make her "God Like." Pisciotta also contributed to three songs on Ye's 2021 album *Donda*.
Shortly after beginning her employment, Pisciotta alleges Ye started sending her explicit messages that made her uncomfortable. One text allegedly read, "See my problem is I be wanting to f**k but then after I f**k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f**ked while I'm f**king them. Then I want her to cheat on me." The texts reportedly became increasingly vulgar, detailing Ye's sexual fantasies.
In another message, Ye allegedly wrote, "Is my d**k racist? It is. This f**king racist d**k of mine. I'm going to beat this f**king racist d**k for being f**king racist. I'm going to stare at pictures of White women with Black a*ses and beat the s**t out of my racist d**k...Beating the s**t out of this big Black c**k."
Pisciotta claims the harassment escalated, with Ye allegedly pleasuring himself during phone conversations and asking if she knew what he was doing. She also alleges he sent her two videos of himself having sex with models. Pisciotta asserts that she was fired in October 2022 and that Ye promised her a $3 million severance, which she never received. She is suing Ye for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment.
This is not the first legal challenge Ye faces this year. In April, Benjamin Deshon Provo, a former employee of the Yeezy brand and Donda Academy, filed a lawsuit alleging unfair labor practices and racial discrimination. Provo, who is Black, claims Ye frequently berated Black employees while treating White staff more favorably. Provo also alleges he was targeted for his Muslim faith after refusing to convert to Christianity as Ye suggested.
These lawsuits highlight ongoing issues within Ye's professional realm, adding to the controversies surrounding the artist. The Urban Afro has reached out to Ye's team for further comment.
