NEWS: Megan Thee Stallion Files Lawsuit Against Blogger Milagro Gramz, Accusing Cyberstalking and Defamation Linked to Tory Lanez Case.

Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion, born Megan Pete, has taken legal action against social media personality Milagro Gramz, alleging a campaign of cyber harassment related to the high-profile Tory Lanez case. The lawsuit, filed in Florida on October 29, accuses Gramz, whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, of “churning out falsehoods” and spreading damaging rumors in connection with the shooting incident.

The complaint, submitted by Megan's attorney Alex Spiro, details allegations of cyberstalking, sharing a deep-fake pornographic video, and circulating misleading information on social media. According to court documents, Gramz falsely claimed that the firearm Tory Lanez allegedly used to shoot Megan was withheld from evidence during the trial due to it being "missing."

In addition, Megan asserts that Gramz acted as a “mouthpiece” for Lanez, who is currently serving a ten-year sentence at California Correctional Institution after being convicted in connection with the 2022 incident. Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, was found guilty of shooting Megan in the foot following an altercation, a case that has drawn widespread public attention.

“I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists,” Megan commented. “It’s unacceptable behavior, and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”

Responding to the lawsuit, Milagro Gramz took to social media, posting, “Countersuit gone go crazy,” hinting at a potential legal battle to come.
