Jamaican Reggae Icon Buju Banton Reminisces About Early Connection with Afro-Dancehall/Reggae Star Stonebwoy.

Buju Banton, a legendary figure in Jamaican Reggae, recently shared a touching tale of friendship involving Afro-Dancehall/Reggae sensation Stonebwoy. During an interview on 3Music, Buju fondly recalled how two decades ago, when Stonebwoy was a teenager, he used to clean and tune Buju's guitars.

"In my early 20s, when I was just starting to play the guitar, I couldn't tune my own guitar, so this young kid would come to my place and clean and tune all my guitars and equipment," Buju shared.

Fast forward several years, and the two accomplished musicians joined forces for the "Survivor Riddim" project by Buju. Their collaboration, titled "CrossRoads," featured alongside other Jamaican artists like Chronic Law and Richie Spice, showcasing the evolution of their enduring bond.
