The album draws inspiration from his childhood experiences in Bantama, a neighborhood in Kumasi, where his story as an artist began. Through introspective lyricism and cinematic storytelling, Kojo Cue reflects on his personal journey, identity, and the influences that shaped his artistry.
A striking teaser video, produced by Frayedjacket Creative Agency, offers fans a nostalgic look into his life — featuring scenes from Bantama’s familiar streets and references to his childhood nicknames. The clip captures a poetic narrative that connects his many identities, leading up to the name that defines him today: KANI.
