Beyond Kontrol (BYK), the team behind Medikal, has announced Erica Nana Akua Appiahnimah, popularly known as Highest Eri, as the new Public Relations Officer for the label.

Eri comes into the role with strong media experience and a familiar face within Ghana’s entertainment space. She holds a Diploma in TV and Radio Presentation from the Multimedia Institute of Ghana and has worked with several well-known media houses such as DL FM, Asaasepa Radio, Hitz FM, Neat FM, Adom TV, and Peace FM. She is also a Content Creator at Kwadwo Sheldon Studios, where she creates engaging digital content.
BYK says Eri’s appointment is part of its plan to build a stronger connection with fans, the corporate world, and the wider creative community. The label believes her media background and online influence will help push the brand to new heights.
Eri, known online for her bold opinions and active engagement on social media, has grown into a recognizable voice in entertainment journalism and digital storytelling. Her new role places her at the center of BYK’s communications, helping shape the public image and activities of Medikal and the label.
